BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Can lift and rack equipment up to 40 pounds - 3+ years of industrial controls and automation experience, or Bachelor's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, automation engineering, or equivalent - 1+ years of electrical or mechanical experience - Can lift and rack equipment up to 40 pounds - Basic understanding of Industrial controls system, knowledge of meters, devices, sensors, relays and troubleshooting utilizing standard hand tools, digital metering, or calibration/diagnostic equipment in a data center, hospitals, large commercial complex, water, power, oil & gas or similar industries. - Ability to work non-standard hours and differing work rotations/shifts and overtime as required. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Can work in cramped spaces or in elevated locations while adhering to health & safety guidelines - Experience working in data centers with an emphasis on building and equipment operation - Experience reviewing and understanding engineering design documents for electronic, mechanical and electro-mechanical parts and assembly drawings of products - Experience in a data center or other critical environment - Experience with Network Protocols: TCP/IP, Ethernet, L2/L3 technologies - Knowledge of network design, protocols and troubleshooting - 4+ years of professional or military, or 4+ years of professional or military experience - International Society of Automation (ISA) Certified Controls System Technician (CCST) Level I or higher certification. - 5+ years of experience in controls/automation, or construction/technical environment or related field. - Prior AWS/Amazon experience Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
