Lending and sales experience would be helpful and preferred. Skills & Abilities Strong knowledge of credit union products, lending processes, and digital banking tools. Attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Bilingual (English / Spanish / Hmong) skills are strongly encouraged to support and better serve our diverse membership. Availability This position is 40- hours a week, Monday through Friday. Typical hours are 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. EST. Will require some flexibility within these hours, as needed. Pay and Benefits Competitive starting hourly pay of $20.03+, based on previous experience and participation in a monthly incentive plan. When bilingual in Spanish or Hmong, receive a $1.00 / hour pay premium after completing and passing the language exam.
