As BPP builds out its new facility, the Director represents facilities and operational needs on the project team, working alongside the general contractor, architect, and project manager who lead design and construction. This role owns the move-in and transition plan that relocates people, equipment, and operations with minimal disruption to production.The Director also leads the facilities and administrative services team, including the Office Manager, Receptionist, Facilities Technicians, Maintenance Technicians, and related support staff, ensuring consistent service levels and operational excellence across all BPP locations. As our installed base grows, our service organization is growing with it. We are looking for a Senior Field Project Manager to own field execution end to end. You will plan and run commissioning and turnover on new installations, scope and execute large annual service campaigns across multi-site customer fleets, and manage the third-party technician network that performs much of that work. You will also help build the standards, procedures, and vendor compliance infrastructure that lets this business scale past the point where it can run on individual relationships and institutional memory.
