This is not an entry level position. The role involves installation, maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of sauna heaters, steam generators, salt room systems, control panels, and specialty wellness equipment in both residential and commercial environments. This work requires precision, adherence to NEC standards, and the ability to interpret detailed wiring diagrams, schematics, and project plans. You will collaborate closely with our Project Managers, Operations Team, and Service Department to support installations in luxury homes, high rise condos, hotels, and commercial wellness facilities. Key Responsibilities Installation & Wiring Install, wire, and commission: Sauna heaters (Harvia, Finnleo, EOS, etc.) Steam generators (MrSteam, Thermasol, Amerec) Salt room equipment and control systems Low voltage and line voltage control panels LED and fiber optic lighting Ventilation and fan systems Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and shop drawings. Terminate connections cleanly and professionally in accordance with NEC and manufacturer specifications. Perform equipment startup, testing, and commissioning. Troubleshooting & Service Diagnose electrical issues in sauna, steam, and salt room systems. Perform on site repairs with minimal downtime. Conduct preventative maintenance for residential and commercial clients. Document work clearly in Service Fusion/work order systems. Communicate professionally with clients while on site. Technical & Administrative Maintain accurate records of parts, labor, and equipment performance. Keep service vehicle stocked with essential tools and replacement parts. Coordinate with Operations for scheduling, parts ordering, and follow ups. Adhere to all safety protocols and job site regulations. Represent the company with professionalism, reliability, and customer focused service. Required Qualifications Journeyman Electrician with 3-5+ years of electrical field experience. Strong understanding of 120/240V line voltage and low voltage control wiring. Ability to read and interpret wiring schematics, blueprints, and technical documents. Proven troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. Clean, organized workmanship and strong attention to detail. Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation. Disassemble and reassemble commercial HVACR equipment to perform troubleshooting and preventive maintenance. Operate hand tools, power tools, gauges, and measuring equipment to service equipment and mechanical systems. Complete electronic documentation of service tasks, materials used, and labor hours. Explain service charges and work performed to customers' satisfaction. Maintain inventory stock on service vehicles. Reconcile work order documents, vendor packing slips, and weekly timesheets for supervisor review. Requirements: Education and Experience: At least 5 years of commercial HVACR experience preferred Valid A or B HVACR license is preferred. Ability to interpret construction plans and specifications for proper installation and repair. Valid EPA Certification and required state registrations. Ability to pass drug screening and background check. Valid driver's license with a good driving record. Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of walking, standing, bending, stretching, pushing, pulling, climbing ladders, or kneeling, lift/carry up to 50 lbs. Must be able to traverse and inspect all areas of jobsite in all types of weather both indoors and outdoors: this may include walking, climbing, reaching, bending, crawling, or stretching. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
