Projected Volumes: Strong and growing patient volumes with immediate opportunity to support access and expand follow-up care services. Primarily outpatient. Inpatient: Limited involvement based on experience and service needs Typical work week: Primarily outpatient-based role located at St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center. The schedule will include a combination of independent follow-up visits, physician-supported clinic sessions, and programmatic responsibilities. A typical structure will include 4-5 clinic days per week, with additional time dedicated to care coordination and program development. Limited inpatient support may be incorporated as the role evolves. Prodecures: No invasive procedural requirements. Focus on clinical management, patient education, and coordination of care. Additional practice details: This role is integral to expanding access to Maternal-Fetal Medicine services at St. Joseph's. The APP will contribute to specialty programs such as diabetes and hypertension in pregnancy, support referral triage and care coordination, and participate in telehealth and remote monitoring initiatives. This position offers the opportunity to be part of a growing, mission-driven program focused on improving outcomes for high-risk obstetric patients. Job Requirements Prior experience in obstetrics, women's health, or high-acuity clinical settings preferred; new graduates with strong relevant training may be considered. PA Requirements: Degree as a Physician Assistant (PA-C) Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program Must hold and maintain: a.) AZ Regulatory Board of Physician Assistants License, b.) NCCPA - National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistant. Valid DEA registration. Must meet credentialing criteria. NP Requirements: Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) Graduate of accredited program for Nurse Practitioners Compact state or Arizona RN license Arizona Advanced Practice Nurse license Must hold and maintain National Certificate as a nurse practitioner in area of specialty under AZ regulations: a.)
