Job Description Job Description Four Eleven York is one of Norfolk's favorite dining destinations-a 28-seat restaurant with 24-seat courtyard and boutique inn known for thoughtful hospitality, seasonal menus, and memorable guest experiences. We're looking for a Chef de Cuisine to work alongside ownership in leading our kitchen. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys cooking, mentoring a small team, and helping shape a menu built around seafood, local ingredients, and refined but approachable cuisine. Our operation is intentionally small, allowing us to focus on quality over volume. In addition to nightly dinner service, we host intimate weddings, private dinners, and special events that keep the work creative and varied.
