As part of the global controls team, you will work with highly motivated experts and innovators in the data center industry. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, project management, and maintaining the building management system (BMS) and electrical power monitoring system (EPMS). Description: Northeast Aero Compressor and PG Aerotech are seeking an experienced Facilities Technician II to help maintain the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of our 55,000 square foot FAA Part 145 certificated repair station and MRO facility in Hauppauge, NY. This is a mid-level, hands-on role for a technician who has moved beyond entry-level building maintenance and is ready to take on greater ownership of preventive maintenance programs, more complex mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, and vendor coordination - while continuing to perform daily hands-on repair and upkeep work. The Facilities Technician II reports to the Production Manager and works closely with them to keep all building systems, ground support equipment, and industrial machinery running reliably. Overview: The Facility Manager is primarily responsible for the repairs and operation of pinsetters, pin spotters, automatic scoring machines, lanes and other facility equipment at the highest level of operating proficiency.
