Shift hours are Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM-11:30 PM, with occasional Saturday work as needed. This is a hands-on leadership position where you'll manage workflow, support safety initiatives, coach employees, monitor production goals, and operate equipment when needed to keep operations running efficiently. You'll serve as the primary operations leader during second shift, ensuring production, quality, and safety expectations are consistently met.
