Position Summary: The Mechanic is responsible for performing skilled maintenance and repair work on a variety of construction equipment and company vehicles used in paving, grading, and site development. This includes diagnostics, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and repairs in both the shop and field environments. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical knowledge, can work independently, and is committed to safety and reliability.
