Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot and Repair: Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic failures on production machinery, including PLCs, motors, VFDs, conveyors, and automated systems. Collaboration & Documentation: Document all maintenance actions, parts used, and repairs in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Work closely with production teams to optimize equipment performance. Qualifications and Skills Experience: 3+ years of experience working as a maintenance or electro-mechanical technician in an automated manufacturing or industrial environment. Education & Training: High school diploma or equivalent. Technical school training, a completed apprenticeship, or military technical experience is highly preferred. Electrical Expertise: Hands-on experience with AC/DC circuits, control panels, wiring, variable frequency drives (VFDs), and three-phase power systems (up to 480V). Mechanical Expertise: Solid understanding of mechanical power transmission, gearboxes, bearings, shafts, and fluid power systems (pneumatics and hydraulics).
