Job Description Job Description The Multi-Trade Inspector serves as a key member of the Development Services team, supporting the City's commitment to safe, high-quality construction and customer-focused public service. This position requires sound judgment, integrity, and the ability to work independently while managing a dynamic inspection schedule. Successful performance in this role requires attention to detail, consistent decision-making, adaptability in the field, and a balanced approach that emphasizes both code compliance and practical problem-solving to serve the community effectively. - Perform field inspections for residential and commercial construction projects, including building, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and energy code compliance, in accordance with adopted state and local codes. - Inspect work at various stages of construction to verify compliance with approved plans, permits, and applicable regulations. - Identify code violations; issue correction notices; and explain required remedial actions to contractors, property owners, and design professionals. - Interpret and enforce adopted International Codes, National Electrical Code, and local ordinances. - Review construction documents and approved plans in the field to confirm consistency with permitted scope of work. - Document inspection results accurately within the permitting system and maintain detailed records. - Investigate complaints related to construction activities and unsafe conditions; coordinate with Code Enforcement and Fire officials as needed. - Provide technical guidance to contractors and the public regarding code requirements and permitting procedures. - Issue stop work orders or other enforcement actions when necessary to protect public health, safety, and welfare. - Participate in training and maintain required certifications to remain current with evolving codes and industry standards. - All other duties, as assigned. Job Title: Evening Floater Location: Varies Employer: Marquis Commercial Solutions Position Type: Full-Time; Hourly, Non-Exempt. Starting Pay: $15.50/hour (and $23.07/pay for phone) Shift: Monday through Friday; Shift varies between 5pm-11pm, but most shifts are around 4-5 hours Reports To: VP of Operations (but also receives direction from the Regional Managers) This position requires a versatile individual to temporarily fill in cleaning associate positions for our evening cleaning teams at various office buildings primarily located in the Carmel area. As a Floater, you'll respond to management requests to ensure seamless operations and perform a variety of cleaning duties. This role offers competitive compensation at $15.50 per hour, along with a cell phone reimbursement each pay. Successful performance may lead to advancement opportunities, including the potential to become an Evening Supervisor. Attendance is extremely important in this position. If you have any scheduled absences, please let Margo know, plus let the Regional Manager know about your absences. Floaters do what the name suggests: they "float" different cleaning positions on a day-to-day basis as needed. We clean at many facilities throughout the Indianapolis, Carmel, and Fishers area. Building supervisors may manage their teams in different ways, so communicating with supervisors and asking questions about the workflow is helpful. One supervisor may give each team member a certain task like vacuuming or emptying trash, while other supervisors may work through each suite as a team. Manages patient experience efforts by supporting company patient satisfaction initiatives, embodying the company values and patient experience drivers while encouraging others to do the same. Ensures competency of staff in the operation of all home dialysis therapy-related equipment, including the ability to troubleshoot equipment problems with the patient via telephone, maintaining appropriate staff licensures and CPR certifications. Responsible for management of program supplies, equipment tracking, ensures that orders are replenished in a consistent and timely manner. Directs activities related to the Continuous Quality Assurance Improvement, patient retention and Clinical Algorithm Adoption, patient access management and patient training success. Directs data entry related activities such as patient admission, regulatory reporting, billing, physician orders, lab results, vital signs, patient status and any other treatment related data into systems. Ensures regulatory, compliance, and audit activities are accomplished on time. Orients and supports all new home therapies staff and provides ongoing education, ensuring compliance with all risk management initiatives, including in-center staff. Responsible for hiring, coaching, and counseling employees, including performance reviews, disciplinary action, and terminations. Provides leadership, coaching, and development plans for all direct reports to maintain an engaged and productive workforce, partnering with Human Resources on employee matters. PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS: The physical demands and work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. The work environment is characteristic of a health care facility with air temperature control and moderate noise levels. May be exposed to infectious and contagious diseases/materials. The position provides direct patient care that regularly involves heavy lifting and moving of patients and assisting with ambulation. Equipment used can vary in complexity. Equipment aids and/or coworkers may provide assistance. The employee may occasionally be required to move, with assistance, machines and equipment of up to 200 lbs., and may lift chemical and water solutions of up to 30 lbs. up as high as 5 feet. There is a two-person assist program and "material assist" devices for the heavier items. This position requires frequent, prolonged periods of standing and/or walking and the employee must be able to bend over. Employees are required to take the Ishihara's Color Blindness test as a condition of employment. Note that: Failing the Ishihara Test for Color Blindness does not preclude employment. The Company will consider whether reasonable accommodations can be made. Travel required between assigned facilities and various locations within the region up to 25% of the time. Travel to regional, Business Unit and Corporate meetings may be required. SUPERVISION: Responsible for the direct supervision of various levels of Home Therapies staff. EDUCATION : Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (R.N.) Advanced education preferred. Current appropriate state licensure. EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS: Minimum of one year nursing experience plus a minimum of six months dialysis nursing experience. 3+ years' supervisory or project/program management experience preferred. Demonstrated management skills necessary to provide leadership in the supervision of dialysis personnel and to ensure the delivery of maximum quality care to all patients. Demonstrated leadership competencies and skills for the position, including excellent communication, customer service, continuous quality improvement, relationship development, results orientation, team building, motivating employees.
