Track and analyze historical data for continuous improvement of estimating accuracy. Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and safety regulations. Qualifications: Proven experience as an Electrical Estimator (typically 3+ years preferred). Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and construction practices. Excellent mathematical and analytical skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical documents, and schematics. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Effective communication and negotiation skills. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
