As a Maintenance Technician 3, you will be accountable for performing advanced maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of bakery production equipment and facility systems to maximize equipment reliability, safety, and production uptime. This role plays a critical part in supporting efficient operations through preventive maintenance, technical problem-solving, and continuous equipment improvement. Ability to troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment involving electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electronic systems. Ability to read and interpret electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, and control system documentation, including P&IDs, electrical single-line drawings, loop drawings, cable routing diagrams, and machine layouts. Proficiency using computers to document maintenance activities, manage work orders, and communicate effectively. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced production environment. Ability to safely operate maintenance tools and equipment, including power tools, lifts, forklifts, and other shop machinery. Preferred Qualifications (Extra Ingredients for Success) Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field. 4+ years of experience troubleshooting PLC software, I/O systems, and field devices in an industrial maintenance environment.
