Contract Invoicing & Receivables Ensure contract compliance and create accurate biweekly and monthly client invoices in accordance with federal contract requirements. Track the collection of receivables and monitor outstanding balances, escalating issues as appropriate. Collaborate with the Contracts Director to ensure financial documentation supports federal contract modifications, Requests for Equitable Adjustments (REA), and scope changes. Payroll & Internal Controls Ensure proper payroll processing across the Salute portfolio, including vacation and time-off tracking, workers? compensation, and short- and long-term disability administration. Strong knowledge of federal contract financial compliance, including invoicing, cost reporting, and documentation requirements.
