Assess and recommend adaptive equipment, assistive devices, and environmental modifications. Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and safety practices. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility, state, and federal guidelines. Participate in interdisciplinary care plan meetings. Monitor resident progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and professional standards. Qualifications Current Colorado Occupational Therapist license in good standing. Skilled Nursing Facility, rehabilitation, or long-term care experience preferred. Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
