The Inventory Control Specialist is responsible for accurately entering and maintaining production and inventory transactions within Freshpack's ERP system while supporting inventory accuracy across the organization. This role includes data validation, inventory reconciliation, discrepancy investigation, reporting, and collaboration with Operations, Warehouse, Procurement, Customer Service, and Finance to ensure accurate inventory records and drive continuous process improvement. Freshpack is a custom cheese packaging company that develops and innovates cheese products and packaging. Our products can be found in all 50 states and in most major retailers. Over the past 25 years, our team has grown from 15 to 280+ employees. It is an exciting time to join our team, as we are poised for substantial growth over the next 3-5 years. Responsibilities Inventory Transactions & Reconciliation Enter production consumption, production quantities, and inventory transactions into the ERP system.
