Deliver exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including telephone, videoconference, chat, or face-to-face interactions. Perform minor surgical procedures as required. Facilitate patient referrals for specialized services not available onsite. Review incoming reports promptly, sign, date, and follow up in a timely manner. Adhere to established departmental and Medical Center policies, procedures, and objectives, including continuous quality improvement initiatives and safety standards. Participate in specified health promotion, education, and prevention programs as needed, such as diabetes collaboratives or health fairs, and attend relevant medical center meetings. Assist in updating protocols and principles of practice as requested. Engage in external medical public relations activities. Provide guidance and supervision to students, clinical support staff, and mid-level practitioners. Additional duties as assigned by supervisor. Qualifications: Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA) certification. Valid license to practice. Proficiency in diagnosing and treating various medical conditions.
