Requirements: 2+ years of outside sales experience (building materials, lumber, millwork, windows/doors, or construction-related preferred). Strong working knowledge of residential, multi-family and light commercial construction and jobsite processes. Comfortable reading plans and specifications; ability to take basic field measurements. Proven ability to build relationships and close deals with a consultative approach. Excellent communication, follow-through, and time-management skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools. Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally.
