Ensure timely part approval process completion. Collaborate with engineering, production, and sales teams as needed to ensure accurate product configurations and manufacturing processes. Manage planning functions of internal rapid prototype process. Expediting and Order Management Monitor and expedite top-priority urgent orders to ensure timely processing and delivery. Coordinate with sales, purchasing, production, and logistics to resolve delays and bottlenecks. Communicate order status updates to relevant stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment on delivery timelines. Proactively identify potential delays and initiate corrective actions to minimize impact on order fulfillment. Process Improvement & Collaboration Assist in improving and implementing standard operating procedures for assigned processes and expediting tasks. Participate in cross-functional meetings to support continuous improvement initiatives. Provide feedback and suggestions to enhance part creation practices and customer order alignment What you should be good at Associate or bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required. Proven experience in ERP data maintenance, root cause analysis, order expediting, or related roles within a manufacturing or production environment. Strong attention to detail with exceptional data accuracy and organizational skills. Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., IFS, SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across departments. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
