The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating laser cutting machines with precision and efficiency. This role requires a strong understanding of various machining processes and the ability to interpret technical drawings. The Laser Operator will play a critical role in ensuring high-quality production standards while adhering to safety protocols. Responsibilities Operate laser cutting machines to produce components according to specifications. Interpret and analyze technical drawings and blueprints. Perform routine maintenance on laser equipment to ensure optimal performance. Utilize hand tools and CNC machinery for assembly and finishing tasks. Collaborate with team members to improve production processes and efficiency. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety guidelines. Requirements Proven experience operating laser cutting machines or similar equipment. Familiarity with lathe operation, plasma cutting, and tooling techniques. Proficient in basic math skills for measurements and calculations. Knowledge of programming CNC machines is a plus. Ability to use hand tools effectively for assembly tasks. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
