What We 're Looking For Experience & Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of customer-facing experience required; 3+ years preferred. Experience in high-volume call centers with KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and measurable goals preferred. Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license preferred (training and exam fees provided). High School Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred. Core Skills: Strong customer service, interpersonal, problem-solving, and empathy skills. Adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize and multitask across platforms. Availability: Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Annual Salary $20.86 - $32.05 The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate's work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
