Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical and electronic issues, implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime. Tackle complex electrical challenges, including converting systems from 480V AC to 24V DC, to support diverse operational needs. Collaborate closely with our engineering and production teams to implement innovative upgrades and improvements that set new industry standards. Conduct meticulous preventive maintenance routines to uphold peak performance and minimize downtime. Document your contributions with precision in our state-of-the-art maintenance tracking systems (CMMS), ensuring a transparent and efficient workflow. What We're Looking For: An innovative thinker with an Associate's Degree in Electronics Technology, Electrical Engineering Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Demonstrated expertise (5 years or more) as an Electronic Technician in a high-speed manufacturing environment, with a passion for leveraging technology to drive operational excellence. (A combination of education and experience will be considered.) Proficiency in deciphering electrical and electronic schematics and technical manuals, coupled with a hands-on approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving.
