Starting September 15th, 2025, the role offers ongoing work with a competitive market rate and benefits. Neurosurgery NP/PA role: Seeking fulltime locum Must have recent neurosurgery experience including surgical cases 10 - 12 patients per day in Clinical Mon - Fri 8a - 5p There are also 12 hour shifts available Call Frequency 1:3 weekdays/weekends - beeper 20 minute response time Procedures - craniotomy, craniectomy, spinal fusions, decompressive surgeries, and interventions for aneurysms, tumors, and nerve injuries Duties include surgical first assist; bedside procedures; rounding independently in all hospital units including NICU, PICU, Peds, ICU (surgical and medical), and general med/surg floor; hospital and ER/UC consults; clinic duties including outpatient consultations, post-operative/post-hospital patient care, fracture care, patient phone calls, medication refills, and FMLA documentation.
