In this pivotal role, you will lead calibration and metrology operations, serving as a technical bridge between manufacturing teams, engineering, and our third party laboratory to ensure all measurement systems meet regulatory standards. You will oversee calibration workflows, ensure compliance with industry regulations, and drive quality assurance initiatives that directly support mission critical production. Qualifications Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 4 years of related experience, OR a graduate degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience, OR in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 8 years of related experience. Extensive experience in calibration, metrology, or measurement systems within a manufacturing environment. Experience working within quality management systems such as ISO 9001 or AS9100. Strong understanding of calibration traceability, measurement uncertainty, and measurement system reliability. Ability to remain in a stationary position up to 50% of the time. Valid driver's license required. Travel less than 10%. Preferred Additional Skills Experience using Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint) to develop quality metric dashboards and automate calibration workflows.
