Description: Primary Purpose: Delivery of equipment to customers/provide familiarization training/Pick up equipment. Essential Functions: Safely load/unload rental equipment in order to deliver to customer jobsites on Time. As directed by dispatch and Rental Manager, provide timely communication to the customer regarding your schedule for the day (pick-ups and deliveries) in order to provide our customers with a superior level of customer service. As part of the customer service call, you will communicate Admar polices regarding having a customer representative on site to confirm delivery and condition of equipment and at pick up to confirm condition of equipment in order to identify any damage. This will require pictures to be taken on site As part of the delivery process, you will be required to provide familiarization training to the end user/operator in order to comply with Admar safety and liability insurance policy.
