The project involves interior renovation of an Interventional Radiology suite (Building 38, Room A-186), including selective demolition, light-gauge metal framing, rough and finish MEP, and medical equipment coordination in an actively operating VA medical facility. The Site Superintendent will serve as the primary on-site field authority responsible for day-to-day construction operations, subcontractor coordination, schedule management, and overall quality of work execution. The Superintendent reports to the Project Manager and Operations Manager, and works in direct daily coordination with the on-site SSHO and Quality Control Manager (QCM). The project involves interior renovation of an Interventional Radiology suite (Building 38, Room A-186), including selective demolition, light-gauge metal framing, rough and finish MEP, and medical equipment coordination in an actively operating VA medical facility.
