Essential Duties & Responsibilities Strategic Leasing Management Regular/daily onsite attendance is required Ensure staff leasing techniques are effective in obtaining closure, follow-up procedures met, signing/documentation of leases, and reporting systems are accurate and up to date. Job Summary: This is a senior level operations leadership position responsible for Inbound and Outbound Warehouse, Fleet Services, Facilities Management (including building, grounds, power industrial equipment, sanitation, security), Transportation (including routing, delivery, and backhaul) and all Operating Systems. Responsible for helping the property meet budgeted revenues, expenses, and Net Operating Income. Responsible for all end-of-the-month closing procedures and reporting. Maintain accurate and organized records; audit resident files to ensure accurate records.
