Your work helps ensure these agreements are accurate, compliant, and aligned with regulatory expectations. You will analyze contract language, identify issues, and provide clear written findings that support consistent oversight across the marketplace. You will also conduct research and offer subject matter guidance to carriers, HCBMs, agents, attorneys, and consumers.
