Prepare second and third shift set up by laying out in detail what needs done. Ensure proper drawings and materials are available. Coordinates specific work tasks with other personnel within the department as well as with other departments to ensure the smooth and efficient flow of information. Participates with Plant Manager in establishing specific goals for each division; implements strategies to achieve these goals.
