Job Summary The CNC Programmer I is responsible for the creation of CAD/CAM programs and conversion of files from DXF and PDF formats on AutoCAD and NCCam software. The Programmer must be able to set up and run the CNC equipment to process jobs using a variety of materials, such as Q2, Cirlex, Graphfoil, and Copperfoil, while ensuring quality standards are met. Troubleshoot machining, tooling, and production issues to minimize downtime and scrap. Monitor machine performance and support continuous improvement initiatives related to quality, efficiency, and operational performance. Conduct first article inspection and verify parts meet engineering specifications and quality standards. Required Skills Experience using programming software AutoCAD, NCCam, or the like. Experience operating and/or setting up CNC Laser, or manual machining equipment in a manufacturing environment. How will you make an impact? We are seeking a hands-on Quality Supervisor to support the launch and operation of a coolant plate machining facility in Salisbury, NC. This role will lead Quality Control and Quality Assurance execution across machining, CMM inspection, visual inspection, 3D inspection, and X-Ray inspection processes. The ideal candidate will have strong metrology experience, including CMM programming, GD&T interpretation, inspection planning, and shop-floor quality leadership. This role will report to the Site Quality Assurance Manager and will be a key leader in supporting manufacturing execution, inspection readiness, nonconformance management, and production quality performance. Location: This role will be onsite and will work a day shift schedule Mon- Fri. What will you do? Quality Control & Manufacturing Support- Lead daily Quality Control activities supporting coolant plate machining, inspection, and production execution. Provide hands-on quality support to manufacturing operations, including first-piece inspection, in-process inspection, final inspection, and production release. Ensure inspection activities are performed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, control plans, work instructions, and customer requirements.
