JOB SUMMARY: This position is responsible for monitoring and servicing of the VENTURES tracking/tickler and Paid Loan functions of NWBDA. This involves working with borrowers and third-party lenders to ensure timely receipt of payments, financial statements, and job creation statistics. In addition, the position is charged with providing payoff information, supporting site visitation efforts, and maintenance of proper real estate and personal property lien filings. Verify that all loans are accounted for on a monthly basis. Monitor tasks/tickler systems to ensure all jobs created or retained are certified by the borrower at the 2 year anniversary of the debenture funding as required by SBA Loan Program Requirements. Prepare accurate payoff statements when requested by borrowers or third parties. Release all collateral documents within 30 days of delivery of requested SBA documentation, ensuring proper documentation from SBA is scanned into BMI, with a hard copy in file. You will forward the original documents to the borrower. You will pull and archive the physical files for all loans paid in full; Ensure all duties mentioned above are entered accurately into the Loan Management System (VENTURES+) and the Document Management System, (BMI). Establish tracking/tickler in VENTURES+ for destruction dates of Portfolio files when boxing files up at year end, to include Paid in Full. (Approved but Cancelled, Withdrawn and Cancelled loans are handled in the Processing department.) Assist Portfolio Manager regarding delinquent loans. Pay: $35.00 per hour Schedule: Full time position Monday - Friday Overtime opportunities available Work Location: Based in Ohio - with a requirement to travel throughout Kentucky, Ohio, and Indiana based on job projects Key Responsibilities: Supervise/Install Commercial HVAC Systems: Supervise the installation of HVAC systems, including ductwork and control systems, in new construction projects Lead & Mentor Team: Provide leadership and training to your team of technicians Manage Job Site Operations: Ensure work is done efficiently, safely, and to high-quality standards. Collaborate with Others: Work with project managers, technicians, and subcontractors to meet deadlines and quality expectations. Troubleshoot HVAC/R Systems: Perform diagnostics and resolve issues with HVAC systems. Customer Communication: Interact with customers to explain job details and offer solutions and recommendations. Complete Documentation: Submit accurate installation reports and timecards. Maintain Tools & Equipment: Ensure tools, equipment, and vehicles are in good working condition. Follow Safety Protocols: Adhere to safety standards, including OSHA and Fall Protection guidelines. Support Scheduling: Help coordinate schedules to ensure proper job coverage.
