Coordination: Oversee structural design scope, coordinating efforts both in-house and with external consultants. Planning and Budgeting: Create, monitor, and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets for design. Client Interaction: Serve as the primary contact for clients and contractors throughout design and construction phases. Quality Assurance: Develop and execute project-specific QA/QC plans.
