Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to provide high-quality outpatient care to patients of all ages or adult populations. This role focuses on preventive care, diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic conditions, and care coordination within a patient-centered medical home model. Responsibilities include conducting patient evaluations, developing and managing treatment plans, prescribing medications, and ensuring accurate documentation. Physicians collaborate closely with advanced practice providers, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated care. Additional responsibilities include supervising clinical staff when needed, participating in quality improvement initiatives, supporting audits and compliance standards, and engaging in team-based care meetings. Physicians may also serve as preceptors for medical students or advanced practice trainees and participate in clinic-wide initiatives to enhance patient care delivery.
