Education and Experience - At least 2-3 years restaurant management experience - Serve Safe Food and Serve Safe Alcohol Certifications also a plus Compensation: Applebee's Assistant Managers: $17.48 to $25 per hour, which is approximately $50,000 to $71,500 annually based on a 50-hour work week.
