TDG Facilities LLC is looking for a full-time Site-Based Facility HVAC Maintenance Technician in the NORTHERN KENTUCKY / HIGHLAND HEIGHTS / WILDER KENTUCKY area to help serve a large education facility client located within the Northern Kentucky Region. This role requires knowledge of corrective, preventative, and routine repair and maintenance procedures which may include carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC. Experience working with various building pumps, water softeners, and other facility mechanical assets is a plus. We also like to utilize skillsets such as commercial carpentry, commercial garage door repair, drywall and construction experience to better serve our clients. This position includes access to a company vehicle while on the work site. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform general building maintenance tasks including performing timely repairs and scheduled maintenance on building equipment, fire system tests and inspections, general break/fix, light carpentry, light plumbing, floor care, on-call assistance for clean-ups and other emergencies.
