Position Overview The Designer II will be responsible for the completion and the review of site plans, floor plans, and building elevations that meet the requirements of Real Estate and Construction Departments as set forth by the Operations Team. This role will assist outside consultants in the development of the buildings to ensure the accurate execution of the plans. Key Result Areas Assist in the review of plans submitted by Architects, Legacy Franchisees, and Developers in a timely fashion. Track submittal and completion dates of all required documents under the departments care: Assists with the dissemination of information to act as roadmap for company and franchise partner development Tracks all plans submitted by Franchisees and Operating Partners, and assists in the review of the documents in a prescribed time frame May use field time to continue the education of Franchisees and Operating Partners in effective design and plan use Provides timely and accurate project status updates on all development activities to management and stakeholders on regular basis Collaborate on the production and release of Prototype Plans to outside consultants, facilitating changes driven by operations.
