I. PERSONAL VEHICLE 1. Delivery Drivers are responsible for driving their personally owned vehicles while driving on behalf of the Company. Drivers' vehicles must be reliable, and in good working condition. 2. Drivers' vehicles must be very clean. All of Company's food, beverages, and other items must be placed on a seat; not on the floor of the vehicle. II. MVR/DRIVING RECORD/BACKGROUND CHECK 1. All Delivery Drivers must have a qualifying motor vehicle history, in accordance with Company policy and as required by the Company's insurance carrier. 2.
