Start your career in insurance sales with a structured training program designed to help you succeed from day one. As an Entry-Level Insurance Sales Representative, you will work closely with an experienced mentor to develop skills in sales, client relationship management, and insurance product knowledge.
No prior insurance experience is required-we provide full training in marketing, sales, customer service, and licensing support.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through calls, texts, and emails
- Build strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs
- Generate accurate insurance quotes using customer data and available rates
- Upsell and cross-sell insurance and financial products
- Work closely with a mentor to develop sales and business skills
- Meet or exceed sales and production goals
- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects and clients
Qualifications
- Sales experience (1 year preferred but not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
- Willingness to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses
- Must pass a background check
- Bilingual is a plus
Compensation
$3000 monthly + Uncapped Compensation
