Your Impact as a Sales Trainee: As a Sales Trainee, you will learn the fundamentals of direct sales while engaging with potential customers. You will be supported by experienced team members who will teach you the skills you need to succeed. You will directly engage with potential and existing customers to introduce Frontier's products and services. Analyze market trends, sales reports, and information gathered to eventually create an effective sales plan tailored to your assigned area. Boost Frontier's brand presence in the area through consistent and effective execution of sales plans. Showcase integrity and excellent work ethic to ensure proper brand and company representation. Work on improving negotiation and communication skills to confidently scale up from Sales Trainee to a Sales Pro. Follow proper documentation and secure sales and customer records on our database. Your Qualifications as a Sales Trainee: Sales, Marketing, or any Customer-facing experience preferred but not required. High School Graduate. Candidates with education in business management, marketing, or communications are highly valued. Eligible to work in the U.S. (18 years old and above). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic comfort with a smartphone, tablet, or computer. Goal-oriented, willing to learn, and a team player.
