Minimum Requirements: No minimum education required. 36 months of experience as a Kitchen Manager. Knowledge of Italian restaurant operations, including familiarity with authentic ingredients, menu structure, and service standards typical of Italian dining establishments. Proven ability to coordinate with local and international food vendors, including sourcing specialty Italian products and maintaining supplier relationships.
