Opportunity Highlights: Monday - Friday, 8-5 Inpatient Palliative Care Candidate Qualifications: Education: Master's Degree required. Master's degree in NP program or post Master's NP program. Licensure/Certification/Registration: Current NP license in appropriate state required. NCCPA or registry with state nursing board, BLS, DEA registry required. AdventHealth Hospice Care is seeking a Hospice Physician to oversee the medical components of the Hospice plan of care for each patient admitted. This physician will focus on collaboration and delivering the highest level of patient care. Our interdisciplinary teams consist of: RN Case Managers, CNAs, Social Workers, Patient Care Managers and Chaplains. The physician will manage and have oversight of patients within the inpatient unit, long term care facilities, and through hospice at-home services. AdventHealth Hospice Care is a non-profit, local expert in compassionate, end-of-life care. Our team provides individualized care and support to patients and families 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Because we are owned by AdventHealth, you have the full backing of our world-renowned hospital system.
