Education and Experience - At least 2-3 years restaurant management experience - Serve Safe Food and Serve Safe Alcohol Certifications also a plus Physical Standards: Must have the ability to: - Work various shifts ranging in hours, including weekends. - Stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to ten (10) hours in length. - Safely lift pots, pans, glassware, boxes, etc. up to 50 pounds in weight. - Read and write to facilitate communication.
