Job Description Job Description POSITION SUMMARY: Provides direct leadership, instruction, and motivation for students in swimming classes. Maintains a working relationship with parents and children. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Report unsafe conditions immediately to supervisor or other person of responsibility if your immediate supervisor is not available. COMMUNITY MANAGER The Community Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire operations of a housing community under the supervision of the Regional Manager.
