Daily responsibilities include utilizing various power tools, completing unit turns, and troubleshooting appliances. An aspect of the Apartment Maintenance Technician role involves customer service and communication with both residents and fellow employees. This role will be expected to act as a Redwood ambassador and always provide a positive employee and resident experience. Service Technicians enter residents' homes to complete work orders and will be expected to handle repairs and communications in a manner that promotes the best possible experience for residents.
