Identify needed improvements in current technical support processes and update SOPs accordingly to improve department operations. Propose and potentially drive solutions for complex situations with direct impact on operational, financial, human and customer aspects, considering internal and external environment constraints. Cross Departmental Influence Lead and monitor interdepartmental projects as needed, and promote customer voice in company projects. Frequently influence and resolve conflicting objectives with other departments: provide expert technical knowledge and collaborate with internal support teams to resolve difficult/complex situations. Be Customer Service Advocate: promote customer service voice in company projects. Field Action Process: Contribute to the field action process, as needed. Day shift, Monday thru Friday Job Summary Perform effective, safe and efficient driving duties. Deliver packages to customers on scheduled route while meeting service and performance objectives. Transact all business in accordance to Patterson Companies' business code of conduct and business ethics Drive assigned vehicle and deliver/pick up shipments Point of contact for customer service and help resolve customer complaints Collect money from customers Load and unload assigned vehicle. Ensure all loads are properly secure for transport. Operate all warehouse equipment/machinery Achieve assigned performance metrics and KPIs Help maintain a secure, organized, clean, and safe warehouse and vehicle Handle all hazardous materials, pesticides, and prescription drugs according to the Company's processes/procedures and applicable laws and regulations Assure routine maintenance is performed on assigned vehicle per schedule and vehicle is always in a good and safe condition Adherence with DOT drug & alcohol testing. Follow all local, state and federal motor carrier laws Submit all required daily, weekly and monthly compliance reports Follow company biosecurity policies and customer biosecurity protocols as required. Assist fulfillment center in daily operations when not performing delivery duties A dditional functions In addition to the essential functions listed below, the incumbent may perform the following additional functions.
