As a supervisor and a part of our front-end staff, you will lead employees by example by proactively approaching and offering help to customers, bringing in and organizing shopping carts from the outside parking lot, and helping to run register as necessary to minimize customer wait time. You will delegate tasks to team members, and ensure the safety and appearance of the front-end and parking lot areas are being maintained. What will I do? Location: Clinton Department: Slots Position Title: Slot Supervisor Position Summary: The Slot Supervisor is responsible for providing superior guest service through the functions of this position to all Wild Rose Casino & Hotel guests. In addition to the below key duties and responsibilities, all Wild Rose team members are ambassadors of the Wild Rose brand and culture. Essential Functions: The essential functions and responsibilities of this position are: Set up work schedules for lead slot attendants and slot attendants Staff development activities like training and organization of work Provide guidance on day-to-day tasks and activities of staff Handle constructive criticism, praise and performance evaluations for staff Communicate operational information to ensure that staff is well informed about procedures Other duties as assigned Schedule: The schedule for this position is classified as full-time Salary: Averaging over $16 an hour with tips ( tips are not guaranteed) - plus attendance incentive.
