The primary responsibilities include greeting clients in a friendly, professional manner and providing courteous customer service in person or over the phone. Requirements: Responsibilities: Greets clients in a professional friendly manner Answers phones, book appointments, stock checks, assisting fellow colleagues when needed. Performs customer service duties when needed. Builds effective relationships and trust with customers and potential customers by listening to their needs and informing them about products and services that are most appropriate to their situation. Responds to customer inquiries timely and appropriately. Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor. What You Need to Get the Job Done: Friendly, outgoing, and welcoming personality. High school diploma, general education degree (GED), or related experience. Excellent customer service skills. Proficient in order processing systems. Commitment to high standards.
