The primary responsibilities include greeting clients in a friendly, professional manner and providing courteous customer service in person or over the phone. Requirements: Responsibilities: Greets clients in a professional friendly manner Answers phones, book appointments, stock checks, assisting fellow colleagues when needed. Performs customer service duties when needed. Builds effective relationships and trust with customers and potential customers by listening to their needs and informing them about products and services that are most appropriate to their situation. This position plays a critical role in producing custom steel, aluminum, wood, and display-related components used in high-profile staging, exhibit, and fabrication projects. You'll have significant ownership over CNC programming, machine setup, process improvement, scheduling, and operator support.
