The employee is frequently required to remain in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods, move about to accomplish tasks, or move from one worksite to another The employee is occasionally required to ascend/descend ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, step stools, and the like, move self into different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments, including tight and confined spaces, work in an overhead position and reach, adjust or move objects of up to 25 lbs. in all directions, lift and place objects up to 25 lbs., operate machinery or power tools, operate motor vehicles and/or golf carts, identify and inspect objects, work in extremely low or high temperatures, work in outdoor environments such as precipitation and wind, work in small and/or enclosed spaces, traverse flat and non-flat terrain, be exposed to hazardous chemicals. License/equipment Must have reliable transportation due to the emergency on-call requirement.
