Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Nurse Manager I to join our healthcare team. Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily nursing operations within the clinical unit to ensure efficient and effective patient care.

- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff, promoting professional development and adherence to best practices.

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.

- Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements, hospital policies, and quality standards.

- Manage staffing schedules, resource allocation, and budgetary considerations to optimize unit performance.

- Address patient and family concerns promptly and professionally to enhance patient satisfaction.

- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical protocols.

Work Experience

Qualifications

- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in good standing.

- Strong knowledge of nursing practices, healthcare regulations, and patient care standards.
