IP Litigation Paralegal (Patent Litigation)

Summons Legal Staffing is excited to partner with an AmLaw100 firm in NYC on a search for an experienced Litigation IP Paralegal role. This position supports attorneys in patent litigation and complex litigation matters. The role requires a strong understanding of document management, factual research, coordination of case materials, and support of matter workflows. Responsibilities encompass all phases of litigation, including managing discovery, maintaining litigation databases, preparing materials for hearings and trials, and coordinating trial logistics. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of the litigation process, strong organizational and analytical abilities, and proficiency in litigation support technology.
